Lord's Gym is a community sports center providing:

* 10,000 Pounds of Free Weights
* A Full Circuit of Hammer Strength Weight Equipment
* Treadmills, Elipticals, Stairmasters
* Indoor Basketball
* Zumba Classes
* Smoothie Bar & Cafe

Lord's Gym provides a positive and safe environment for teens (12 and Older) and adults. The goal: to build people up on the outside, but more importantly, on the inside!

THE BEST PART: We operate on a no-obligation donation basis. We recommend a donation of $1 per day, but you can give more or less with no obligation. There is no contract and no start-up fees (and did we mention no obligation)!

Stop by and pick up a Membership/Release of Liability Form to fill out and sign, or download one below. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian sign the relase of liablity for you.

The Holiday

The Lord’s Gym will be closed this Monday the 30th for Memorial Day but we will Reopen Tuesday the 31st to get right back at it.
